As a fourth generation Abilenian, Tiffani graduated from Cooper High School, attended Texas Tech University and graduated from Hardin- Simmons University, earning her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management.

Prior to joining Cedar Gap Wealth Management at its launch in 2021 with Michael Hull and Ben McAnally, Tiffani worked at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management for 23 years, where she was a critical part of the team. She values their long-term client relationships and focuses on meeting the needs of clients. Tiffani has over 27 years of experience in branch operations and practice management. 

In her spare time, Tiffani enjoys competing in shooting sporting clays, is a member of the National Sporting Clays Association and the first female Board President of Abilene Clay Sports. Tiffani started serving on the Back the Badge Sporting Clays Shoot committee in 2023.

Having several members of her family that have served on the police force, sheriff's department and fire department, it was an easy decision when asked to join the Back the Badge Foundation Board. Tiffani looks forward to serving the board for many years to come.
Tiffani resides in South Abilene with her spoiled mini–Australian Shephard, Luna and Jack Russell, Birdie. She is most proud of her beautiful daughter and son-in-law, Grace and Jonah Dugan.
